Intelligent urban planning, design and development

There is a lot of hard work yet to do to manifest our collective vision of walkable, livable urbanism that plays a key role in helping to reduce demand for energy as we seek to achieve our climate goals, while also responding to the worst effects of climate change. 

Through this work, we can build stronger, more resilient communities, protect our natural and working lands, reduce emissions by the necessary amounts, while increasing our standard of living and addressing the history of inequities that have been imposed on marginalized communities.
